Each serving of 1 delayed-release capsule provides:
210 mg prebiotic complex of psyllium husk powder, chicory-root inulin and sugar-beet fiber, plus a 137 mg probiotic blend supplying 70 billion CFU through expiry (when stored as directed):

How to use
Adults 18+. Take 1 capsule daily with water with breakfast. Consistency is key - the first couple of weeks are settling-in time.
